Free Returns/Exchanges: You are welcome to return or exchange items within 7 days from the delivery date, provided they are unused, with original tags, and the packaging intact. If you're exchanging multiple items, kindly submit separate requests, specifying your preferred size and color for each.

Post 7 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges or returns beyond the 7-day window. We urge careful consideration when selecting sizes or colors during the initial exchange, as there is no Return/Exchange policy for exchange orders.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product: In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, initiate an exchange request directly on our website.

Returning one item purchased during a combo: Should you choose to return one item from a combo purchase, the refund amount will reflect the individual item price, not the combo price. For example, if you purchase 2 cotton trousers for Rs. 1399, with one priced at Rs. 799, and choose to return one, you will be refunded Rs. 600 (1399-799). Similar Terms & Conditions apply to other product categories.

Exchanging for Something Else: During exchanges, select an alternative product of equal or lower value. If the replacement item has a lower value, expect a prompt refund to your bank account within 7 working days of receiving the parcel at our warehouse.
